Me and my son had influenza 3 or 4 days prior to my dental surgery and i had to call to cancel my appointment, the lady who answer my phon call told me they have opening the exact same day next week and i said ok, my son was still sick, i missed my appointment and they called me and told me i have to pay 200$ for missing appointment and now i found out they sent it to Collection.
