Having never had a tooth pulled, and never a big fan of going to the dentist, the staff at Blue Lake made my experience almost a pleasure! 😀 When I arrived for my procedure to have a tooth pulled, I let them know that I was still pretty nervous. They put my mind at ease. The procedure was a piece of cake. When the procedure was finished, they were great in letting me know what I could expect and answering every question I had regarding every little minor detail that could happen. Beginning with calling to check in the afternoon of the procedure, the aftercare they provided was also fantastic as they answered every question I had thoroughly and professionally. If you have any fears or concerns about having dental surgery, work done, the great people at Blue Lake Will ease them for you.

Excellent service and people! I had a wisdom tooth removed and was impressed by the attention and care I was given. Dr Smith and her staff were flexible and responsive to my particular requests. In addition, they accepted my insurance rates and did not impose additional charges which seems to have become practice with some other providers. Dr. Smith is gentle, kind, thorough, competent and was able to connect with me as a fellow human. She quickly reviewed necessary documentation to accommodate my schedule. I have not experienced such commitment during my entire long medical path. My wisdom tooth removal was executed perfectly. I am grateful for their service.

I couldn’t tell you about my experience with this place because they wanted to steal for me $150 just to walk in the door even though I have double coverage on both medical and dental. Clearly, this place is all about taking your money and not treating the patients. Avoid this place like the plague. You would be better off going to Clackamas Implants And oral surgery center. Clearly, they know how to handle billing for oral surgical procedures.

We were referred here by my son’s orthodontist. They were awesome from the initial consult all the way through to his after care appointment. They were awesome about working with is to accommodate my son’s school schedule when the snow and ice storm forced a reschedule of our original appointment. My son was well cared for, and they worked hard to help him feel more at ease with the procedure. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an oral surgeon.
