i’ve had a great experience here! i got two wisdom teeth extracted with no complications, i’m now about two weeks post-op. the staff is super caring, friendly and women ran which i loved☺️ for the “bad reviews” just do your research and know which questions to ask over the phone, before going in, or at the consultation, they’re super transparent and understanding! i CHOSE to go here and pay out of pocket rather than go somewhere that was covered by OHP to get poor work done, i don’t regret my decision one bit Dr. Smith is amazing (and her staff)!!

She had to refer me to an emergency hospital surgeon and still took the time to follow up with me for three days after I was released from the hospital. Only Doctor Bird has ever done this in the past. I would recommend them both as someone who really cares about their patients.

Having never had a tooth pulled, and never a big fan of going to the dentist, the staff at Blue Lake made my experience almost a pleasure! 😀 When I arrived for my procedure to have a tooth pulled, I let them know that I was still pretty nervous. They put my mind at ease. The procedure was a piece of cake. When the procedure was finished, they were great in letting me know what I could expect and answering every question I had regarding every little minor detail that could happen. In addition, they accepted my insurance rates and did not impose additional charges which seems to have become practice with some other providers. Dr. Smith is gentle, kind, thorough, competent and was able to connect with me as a fellow human. She quickly reviewed necessary documentation to accommodate my schedule.
